Warmer Weather

We finally had some warmer weather in the last few weeks. Here's Rose showing off her "it's hot in here" look.

We went out to a park on a beautiful, sunny afternoon and hung out in the shade.

Last week brought a sad good-bye to Grandma Gloria who'd been visiting for a short six-weeks. We greatly appreciated the help she gave us (Rob and Becky) and the loving attention she gave the babies. We snapped this photo as she was preparing to leave for the airport.

Rose and August posed for some photos in their matching overall-outfits. Things were a little bumpy...

...but they settled down for good shot eventually.

Rose's dippity 'do. We oiled her scalp to help the cradle's cap, then tried to wash it out--this was the result! Some additional scrubbing eventually got it all clean again.
