Birthday!

The kids' actual birthday was on a Friday, so it was a whirlwind evening since we went out to eat at Red Robin after Becky and I got home from work.  We finally got around to them opening presents at almost 9pm.

Here we are in a pile of boxes as they quickly rip their way into all the packages that had come in the mail for them.  It was tough to get them into bed after that!

Kayaking

August went on a kayak outing with cub scouts last week, hosted by the kayak club at the University of Puget Sound.
