Birthday Beach Outing

For Rob's birthday on Sunday, he requested we go for a beach walk at Dash Point State Park not far north of Tacoma.

 The weather wasn't lovely, but is was calm at least, and the tide happened to be all the way out which made lots of room for exploring.

We didn't find much of interest this day...

 We even brought our new dog Luke along--the first time he's been on this kind of outing with us.  He did great!  Ran up and down the beach chasing the ball until he finally got too wet and started to shiver in the cold air.
