Memorial Day Weekend

This first picture is actually from way back in April at the Jr. Daffodil Parade in our neighborhood.  The kids got to march in it with their class, dressed up in costumes of their choice.  Rose is a princess and August is a magician.

For Memorial Day weekend we went down to Aunt Juel's house in Salem, OR.

 The weather wasn't great, but we still managed two consecutive days of afternoon cookouts.

Unfortunately, Juel's yard swing seen here broke during one of those cookouts.  So sad!
